Bahram Nour-Omid, Ph.D.

From 1999 until joining Shelter Capital Partners, Dr. Nour-Omid was the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of StudioXchange, Inc., a provider of production site, labor and equipment procurement services for the entertainment industry. StudioXchange was acquired by IFILM in 2000. From November 1996 to March 1999, he was Executive Vice President and a Director of Essentus, Inc., a provider of supply chain software for the apparel industry. From March 1991 through 1996, he was the founding Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Scopus Technology, Inc., a provider of front-office applications software. Scopus went public in 1995 and was sold to Siebel Systems, Inc., in 1998. From 1981 to 1990 Dr. Nour-Omid worked at the Lockheed Palo Alto Research Laboratory. Dr. Nour-Omid is currently a director of Integrated Decision Systems, Inc., a provider of software products that automate business processes of investment management firms, and Roamware, Inc. a leading provider of software solutions designed to power the global wireless market. Dr. Nour-Omid earned a B.S. from the University of London's Imperial College, and an M.S. in Structural Engineering, M.A. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Computer Simulation from the University of California, Berkeley. |

Tom Stawicki

| Tom Stawicki came to Isensix in 2007 from Agfa Healthcare and GE Medical Systems where he held similar positions in Service Engineering, analyzing and developing service strategies for Cardiology and PACS systems in the healthcare industry. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Stawicki worked in the electrical controls and electrical CAD industry as Engineering Manager for two different startup companies in the electrical CAD market. In 1996, Mr. Stawicki founded TCS, Inc. as a joint venture with Technische Computer Systeme, GmbH which was subsequently sold to CIM Team in Germany. Mr. Stawicki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. |

Sami Levi

| Prior to joining Isensix in 2006, Mr. Levi was the CEO of Aquatec Water Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty pumps and related control devices. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Levi was the President of Sigma Medical Imaging, Inc., a distributor of diagnostic imaging products and equipment. Sigma Medica was acquired by a division of PSS World Medical in 1999. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Levi worked at the Fairchild Corporation as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Levi holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania as well as an MBA from the Wharton School. |

Roy Chien

| Roy Chien joined Isensix in 2003 from Lexington Ventures, a Los Angeles-based private venture capital firm, which primarily invests in Technology, Internet/Networking, and Entertainment ventures. Mr. Chien’s primary responsibilities included evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and closing investment transactions. Prior to Lexington Ventures, Mr. Chien was an investment banker at Bear Stearns & Co. where he participated in numerous M&A advisory engagements and equity offerings and was an integral team member in building the firm’s new electronic payment processing business. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Chien has over ten years of combined aerospace system and subsystem engineering work experience at Hughes Space & Communications, TRW Space & Electronics, and Hughes Missile Systems. Mr. Chien holds undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and mathematical physics from California State University, Northridge. He earned his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and received his MBA degree from the Anderson School at UCLA. |
